CLIK® S1100

General Product Destription

CLIK® S1100 is structural steel with a minimum yield strength of 1100 Mpa. Typical applications include demanding load-bearing structures, where manufacturing and processing plants are seeking for low weight and high strengh to benefit their equipments and have special requirements. Typical applications include construction machine, port spreaders, cementing, bridges, mining equipment, excavators, dozers, wear parts etc. Typical brands such as WELDOX, BISALLOY, STRENX, DILLIMAX, ALFORM, PAS, OPTIM, HITEN, SuperElso etc.

CLIK® S1100 E and CLIK® S1100 F are available in plate thickness of 4 – 40mm. Other sizes below 4mm or above 40mm, please contact us with your requirements.

Advantages

  1. High strength and impact toughness

  2. Excellent shape and surface quality

  3. Superior bendability and fabricating properties

  4. Fantastic weldability with low CEV/CET designing

Dimension Range

CLIK® S1100 E and CLIK® S1100 F are available in plate thickness of 4 – 40mm and in widths up to 4850mm and lengths up to 25000 mm depending on the thickness. Please contact our staff for more detailed information on dimensions or tailored dimensions you need.
